We won't kid you, BlackBerry is not what is used to be.  Once the bastion of Enterprise Email, it now has become in our opinion, a second rate player.  When you compare working with enterprise deployments, every other phone is easier than BlackBerry! 

We are biased of course.  We love how the new Windows Phone works so well with enterprise servers and cloud solutions.  Even the iPhone makes connecting to an Exchange Server childs play.  But, some of you still use the BlackBerry so a few helpful hints may be just what you need.  This is where you will find them.  (But once you are in the market for a new phone, try the new Windows Phone teamed with Office 365 or Exchange Online.  Works like a dream!)
